Marketing Consultation Plan - Bracken’s Kitchen

In this project, I had the opportunity to partner with a local Non-Profit, Bracken's Kitchen, to provide marketing consultation. Secondary and primary research was used to conduct a situational analysis of the organization which was then analyzed to produce internal and external marketing strategy recommendations. These recommendations were generated in order to address areas of pain and exemplify areas of success that Bracken's Kitchen is experiencing.

Market Research Plan - Faustino

 In this project, a classmate and I partnered with a client to better understand how we could best optimize their business operations through creating a comprehensive market research plan. Secondary research was used to develop a unique survey that was used to collect customer feedback. Data was then analyzed and presented in a valuable way to the client.

My classmate and I presented our findings to Faustino’s manager, Adelina Cano.

Target Market Project

In the Target Marketing Project, I was assigned to pick an industry, pick two competitors in that industry, and create a third business based on the research conducted. The research was conducted over the course of the semester to create an 80 page professional report based on the findings. This project taught me professionalism and the importance of catering to consumer needs.

Business Management

For this project, we were placed into groups and were assigned to pick a company, Snapchat, to analyze some of the key components to a company as well as present new ideas that could help the company grow.
